Sercan was born and grew up in a small town called Kuyucak. It’s a town in the city of AYDIN, which is located in the west part of Turkey. He graduated from Ege University Faculty of Agriculture Department of Horticulture with B.A.
Having worked as a field engineer at Anadolu Etap’s Balıkesir and Çanakkale Hard-Cored Fruit Gardens between 2015 and 2018, he gained significant experience in garden plant pests and diseases, fertilization, irrigation, and cultural processes by committing himself to workflow tracking, workload planning, harvest organization and management, staff management, division of labor, and follow-up.
He fulfilled the tasks of preparing trial parcels for R&D studies jointly with Anadolu Etap company/companies working in various pharmaceutical, fertilizer, and biotechnical fields, monitoring the studies, and reporting.
He gained experience in the management and administration process by taking responsibility for the management, garden maintenance planning, and follow-up process in Çanakkale/Denizli between 2018 – 2020.
Immediately after working at Anadolu Etap Penkon, between January and September 2020, he fulfilled the duty of Business Development Coordination at Polen Tohumculuk A.Ş. Participated in seed production fields located in various areas in Turkey.
This included workflow tracking, planning, disease control in the land, and pest monitoring, in liaison with the manufacturer’s management of those tasks. He took part in the planning, improvement, development, and management of seed processing – bagging and shipping stages in the factory.
He is fully able to exhibit an effective performance in business planning and management with colleagues in all corporate-conscious businesses,
cooperation with colleagues and teammates in the same unit or department. He is an agricultural engineer who has the ability to increase productivity and stabilize the process, complete the task even with the most intense conditions with the ability of crisis management.
